New Afrikan Criminology 101
The present system and teachings of criminology are both fundamentally and theoretically eurocentric. And this can and has led to a misinterpretation of crime and criminal behavior in the New Afrikan (Black) Community. Though we acknowledge that there exist some similarities in the basic theoretical functions in criminal behavior, but the social factors which are conducive towards the manifestation of criminal behavior posses some inherent elements which are exclusive, and often times the trigger mechanism which gave birth to that behavior is revealed in identifying that which is exclusive opposed to the obvious similarities.

The New African Criminology Journal
The New African Criminology Journal (NACJ) is an interactive journal. We use our journal as a medium to answer some of the most asked questions by White Amerika concerning crime and criminal behavior in the New Afrikan (Black) Community. But we also provide solutions and a New Afrikan interpretation of US. laws.

We encourage all people to engage is this dialogue and help us up combat the criminalization of the New Afrikan People and our communities.

Editorial
One of the primary objectives of The New Afrikan Institute for Criminology 101 (NAIC101) is to combat the criminalization of our people and community. At present, many people, White Amerika in particular, depend and rely on the media/press to keep them informed of the crime epidemic which has plagued many of our communities throughout the country, but not realizing it is the media/press that serves as the primary vehicle for the propagation of the criminalization of the New Afrikan People and our communities. And many people accept this information as truth and allow it to influence their perception of New Afrikan People and our communities, but New Afrikan males in particular. The media/press has become the carrier of the Bell Curve racist-based theoretical virus which contends that there exists a gene which predisposes New Afrikan (Black) People to criminal behavior.

There are many among White Amerika who don t understand our concerns for this issue, and this is a direct result of their ignorance of the sociopolitical/economic ramifications, and future implications of this systematic and deliberate criminalization of our people and community. Let s look at some of the most obvious implications

1) When the average White woman find herself in a vulnerable position and a New Afrikan male approaches her, more than often her first thought will be one of fear the fear that she is about to be raped or robbed.

2) When we go to the shopping mall, we are always followed by mall security because they have this racist notion that we as a people have this inherent propensity to steal.

3) Let s say we have this brotha looking for a job in corporate AmeriKKKa, but many corporate companies are reluctant to hire this brotha (our people) because they fear he might steal from the company or impede productivity.

4) Another social implication that many have yet to grasp its totality as it pertains to the potential for irreparable damage, is the fact that many Whites who sit on our juries and deliberate our guilt or innocence embrace the Ben Curve racist-based criminalization of New Afrikan People.

This inherent predisposition would make it almost impossible for a lot of White people to be morally qualified to deliberate over the innocence or guilt of a New Afrikan, especially if the victim(s) is White without being influenced by that inherent biased perception... Do you believe it is only coincidental that the majority of those New Afrikans that have been wrongfully convicted then eventually exonerated was convicted by an all white jury? Do you believe that it is only coincidental that a large percentage of wrongful cop shootings, the jury/grand jury that had exonerated the White cop(s) involved were all White?

People. There is a clear correlation that runs parallel in all the above examples ... and that is A perception of racial ignorance influencing a critical judgement with grave results, and this is done with impunity an exertion of a socio-psychological norm which permeates every level of AmeriKKKan society.

One-thru-four are not just mere suppositions, these are actual experiences that many of our people have to endure on a daily basis. This is a clear indication of how this racist criminalization of New Afrikan people affects our lives on a day to day reality in dramatical ways. This social ramification is not exclusive to AmeriKKKa. I have heard political leaders in Japan equate clime in AmeriKKKa with New Afrikan People. Where do you think they got that perception? The U.S. media/press! The media/press have the same impact on many of the White communities, town and cities that are isolated from the New Afrikan People and our culture.

The Inherent Contradictions of U.S. Laws
We also hope to provide society at large, White Amerika in particular, with a grassroots (New Afrikan) perspective on the sociopolitical/economic ramifications of the application of U.S. political policies and laws. Most white people in society don t realize that the U.S. political policies and laws possess a multi-personality complex, a social manifested schizoid nature as it pertains to its ramifications. What I mean by this is a law can have a positive impact on one community/people, while simultaneously having a negative impact on another, and in most instances it is defined by class/racial demographics. A vivid example of this disparity is in the mandatory minimum for crack-cocaine. This law may have a positive impact on White Amerika. But its impact on New Afrikan People has been very negative with devastating effects. And the politicians and law makers are fully aware of this racial/class disparity and they justify this injustice with a bunch of sociopolitical rhetoric.

Most people in this society when voting or pledging their support for a particular political policy or law they have no knowledge whatsoever of its social ramifications. And if it was up to this KKKovemment that s the way they would like to keep it. A society which is ignorant of the facts is a society that is susceptible to KKKovemment manipulation. The KKKovemment have no problems telling White AmeiiKKKa about the benefits that the White community is going to enjoy if a particular policy of law is implemented, but they never reveal the negative affects it would have on the New Afrikan Community. Our goals is to change this. Via our journal we intend to educate the public, providing them with a more complete understanding of U.S. political policies and laws, especially as it relates to New Afrikan lives. I think the benefits are self-evident. Our journal will enable society to make a more concrete and educated decision when it comes to voting or supporting a KKKovernment policy or law. And this in turn would help in creating a just society, where all people are treated equal regardless of race or class ... If this is what White Amerika truly desires ?

For example Poverty affects each race and community differently. In the White Community poverty may play a minuscule role in the development of criminal behavior, but by no means does this negate the role poverty plays in the crime problem in the New Afrikan Community. Most so-called experts would base their theories and hypotheses solely on their observations on the relationship that exists between poverty and crime in the White Community while depreciating, if not totally dismissing the distinctive factors which characterizes the relationship between poverty and crime in the New Afrikan Community.

New Afrikan Criminology is criminology from a New Afrikan perspective. Our system encompasses the totality of all contributing factors. I have often written the key to resolving any problem is having a clear and working understanding of the problem. Crime and criminal behavior is no exception to this rule. But the present science of criminology lacks the demographic diversity to provide a complete and more accurate understanding of clime and criminal behavior.

Crime and criminal behavior is often influenced by social factors. Those social factors are defined. by the sociopolitical and economic realities that influences the conditions of a particular community. This observation is not applicable to crimes which obviously derived from an immoral or mental disorder such as a child molestation, a rape or sexual killing, just to name a few. This observation is relevant towards developing a more informative understanding of both crime and criminal behavior. Many so-called experts have attempted to diminish the significance of this observation without any qualifying analyses to substantiate their dismissal. But we have a simple, but concrete analysis to validate our primary contentions as it pertains to our perspective on the science of crime and criminal behavior.

Let s briefly examine a crime that can clearly be associated with a particular race and community. According to all KKKovemment statistics the average serial killer is white and male, between the ages of 40 to 55. To understand this criminal behavior one must conduct his/her research of investigation in the White Community, not the New Afrikan Community or in a general study of criminal behavior. Another example the recent White school shootings. These school massacres are not the typical adolescent violence, for this type of violence have yet to cross color, cultural or social lines. But the AmeriKKKan criminologist would conduct a general study on school violence, like the recent secrete service report on how to identify certain traits that are associated with those individuals who have already perpetrated this type of violent act and how to deal with them. But this also accentuates the flaw in U.S. application of criminology. This is not a prevalent act, it is exclusive to the White schools and to young White male youths, so the focus should be the White Community.

The above was only a brief example of one of the many flaws of the present system of criminology. People, New Afrikan Criminology recognize these distinctive factors which characterizes criminal behavior and its diverse manifestations. New African Criminology is not limited to just understanding crime and criminal behavior. Our primary goal is to eradicate this behavior, and this can only be done with a clear and working understanding of crime and criminal behavior.

New Afrikan Institute for Criminology 101
The New Afiikan Institute for Criminology 101 (NAIC 101) is dedicated towards educating the public about the science of crime and criminal behavior in the New Afrikan community from a New Afrikan perspective, not the typically prevalent eurocentric perspective. We believe that we are more qualified than any outsiders (the KKKovernment in particular) to resolve the crime epidemic in our communities.
The key to solving any problem is understanding the problem. We at the New Afrikan Institute intend to serve as that educational source for the People. Our primary goal/objective is fourfold
1) To assist the New Afrikan community in developing an agenda designed to eradicate crime and criminal behavior from our communities.
2) To arm the People with the necessary information to aggressively debunk the Bell Curve racist-based contention that there exists a gene which predisposes New Afrikan People to criminal behavior.
3) To serve as a source of information for White Amerika. At present their primary source of information as it relates to criminal behavior in our communities is the media, which only perpetuates the Bell Curve racist theories, and
4) To provide New Afrikan Prisoners with a medium for serving and giving back to the New Afrikan community.

Based on our observations, the KKKovemment only intends to politically and economically exploit the crime epidemic in our communities. They would rather build new prisons than new schools. This is not our agenda. We can resolve this problem without building new prisons or executing people!

In Conclusion
White Amerika this is a challenge to you, because this is an opportunity for you to get a more accurate picture of the crime problem in the New Afrikan (Black) community. Many of the law schools/colleges do not teach this perspective, a perspective that they will most definitely confront when they become lawyers, judges, law makers, criminologists, sociologists and other related fields. Our objective is to provide that perspective through our journal and other material. People, our journal s success will depend on your direct participation. Any questions concerning our journal, our pamphlets or any questions concerning the crime or gang problem in our communities send them to me. I will respond to your questions in our journal, so you must subscribe to our journal and participate. The journal makes it easier for us to answer more questions instead of trying to respond to all the letters I get asking questions about my pamphlets and New African Criminology. People, if you are truly seeking true information and education with regards to crime in the New Afrikan community, the truth will not be told on the 5 00 o clock news.
